Via Cato @ Liberty. An anthem for the Tea Party Folks?

That was rather clever, and quite good as well.
“An anthem for the Tea Party Folks?”
It works for me. Very well done video. I think I might have added a sprinkling of men and women in suits dangling from lamp posts though.
The tune is stuck in my brain on auto-loop this morning.
I liked the visual and the point oft he thing, found the girly-man, breathy/whiny singing style a bit off-putting though.
Seems wrong, in a chronological sort of a way.
Evahbuddy’s a friggin’ critic these daze.
Me? It’s great. Especially when they break it into the 21st century at the end.
Couldn’t embed it fast enough. Thanks.
They can’t all sound like Toby Keith, Teresa.
I loved the S/D reference on Franklin’s concert shirt and you’re very welcome, Gerard.
Yeesh, not a Toby Keith fan either.
Sorry for the unsolicited criticism, Daphne, I meant no offense.
You can be a critic. But I get to criticize your criticism in a critical way.
Touche, Mister Vanderleun.
No offense taken, darling.
vanderleun,
The break to the 21st century at the end is what I thought was quite clever.
Daphne,
For the less well educated among us (by which, I mean me), can you explain what does the S/D reference mean?
One of Franklin’s pen names was Silence Dogood. He liked to write letters to newspapers and editorials anonymously.
Its my party and I’ll cry if I want to?
I didn’t like it at all, but it probably is reflective of the Tea Party movement.
